Eli ain't coming back Eli is coming back, but this is definitely, at least partly, Mara and Tisch trying to make it "right" after Reese and McAdoo fukked him. They never would have fired either of these two in season (and possibly not Reese at all) if this mess didn't play out the way it did.

Sponsors and even charities have been losing their shyt on the org since last week. The team had to issue multiple memos basically putting a gag order on all employees. Something had to be done, one way or another.
