With Netflix

• Becomes a fifth player in the film industry getting Warner Bros
• Will have a stranglehold in the streaming space
• Limited theater run in return

With Comcast

• Makes them move competitive in the streaming space against Netflix, Disney and Amazon

With Paramount

• Gets to push propaganda on a wide domestic and international scale as they're getting Discovery as will

Comcast or Paramount getting WB will lead to consolidation, but Paramount is really the worse of the three. It's crazy to think either Comcast of all companies and Netflix are the better options.
