The ANC controls SA politics. Not Afrikaners. Just this week, the South African foreign minister denounced Israel, the same country that gave nukes to the Afrikaners, as an Apartheid regime.

The ANC has decades old alliances with Russia.

You don’t understand South Africa. You don’t understand the historical alliance.

Ill concede that i didnt know the Russia/ANC alliance

The US govt would impose sanctions on South Africa if they appropriated lands from whites like what happened to Zimbabwe

CNN.com - Zimbabwe: U.S. sanctions 'racist' - Mar. 9, 2003

So tell me, what will you do to oppose sanctions on South Africa if they appropriated lands from Boers? Will I see you marching on Washington?
:mjpls:

fukk out my face with your faux Pan Africanist BS. That was that one idiot in the WH who proposed this. You’re literally quoting a mf who was taking his talking points from Tucker Carlson. What will you do besides pound the keys on your keyboard extra hard? You nikkas are the worst.

From Russia? :what:

Man if you don't sell some weapons to India and China instead :mjlol:

Move them to whomever will purchase them fukk what the US thinks. If they don’t want us to sale weapons to them they will figure out a way to give us money for something so the weapons dealing won’t be needed. Until that point do what you need to do.

History aside this is just dumb from South Africa.

They have much more shyt to worry about on the domestic scene without attracting the ire of the West. Why are they even exporting weapons... Their own military ain't worth shyt :snoop:
I got to be an O/T for a joint exercise with them once. Malawi’s military could take it over in two weeks. They’re a peacekeeping force not built to defend a nation.

You think the Democrats wouldn’t threaten South Africa with sanctions? Obama and Biden retained sanctions on Zimbabwe following land “seizures” (liberation) from cacs

Zimbabwe also let the US setup CIA black sites to do enhanced interrogations too during the GWOT in exchange for $ so they obviously don’t care either

I think that just exemplifies how ethically/morally dubious your country is. It has no right to lecture or threaten any sovereign state, such as South Africa. It engages in torture (ie “enhanced interrogations”).

What does that say about the country and it’s govt that would allow it to happen, even lend members of its intel agencies to conduct the interrogations so US agents wouldn’t have blood on their hands if it went wrong? Y’all nikkas think these countries are opposite of the US (or gullible to believe they’re really being taken advantage of) or any other power. They want in on it too and are just as bigger pieces of shyt

Ah so we agree! America should leave South Africa alone.

Thanks.

But they didn't say anything to Brazil for letting Iran warships dock? U.S. is weak, get out black folks.
I don’t think there’s any truth in what the US is claiming. It’s basically just diplomatic blackmail to get South Africa to do its bidding. They did the same thing with Egypt a few months ago with the same lousy claims. And I think Egypt bended a bit.

What weapons are they suppling Russia that Russia doesn’t currently have in abundance? They have explored every means & SA hasn’t bended. And I don’t SA will ever bend based on how their foreign minister (some woman with British accent) always talk. That woman is one of GOAT African women of the modern era & I hope she ends up ruling SA one day.

SA just needs to continue to play the long game & not bend. They still want their lands back & have been exploring ways to right the wrongs of Mandela’s shameful deal without ending up like Zimbabwe. And the only way they can do this is for the US/western hegemony to break - thus negating the impact of sanctions.

Countries need to focus on their own interests & how to better the lives of their indigenous citizens - not perpetually be in slavery to US/western interests.

Can the t/s post a link cause I need to see if this source of weapons is the govt (which I doubt) or one of their many military hardware corps. That’s a huge difference since they are two separate entities and the govt damn near has no oversight on them.

fukk south africa. I hope those Afrikaner fakkits were shipping it and we sanction their economy back to the stone age.
If you’ve seen the racial based wealth gap in SA you would understand who this would really hurt. Africans in that country already struggling bad enough. Crime already unmanageable.

That the investment is some goodwill mission and a complete 180 of Americas interest. The Chinese are completing poor infrastructure projects in exchange for unabated access to resources. Literally pennies on the dollar. Most of them roads/bridges will collapse due to poor maintenance that they are requiring the nations they’ve built them for to uphold. Mind you, they’re importing prison labor to build them so no money is being exchanged with local contractors or crews. I personally got experience with this side of diplomacy. I spearheaded 5 schools, 3 clinics and 2 HIV specific clinics/hospice care facilities in my time there. Russians aided with zilch. Same with the Chinese. I saw more projects springing up from the EU than SA BRICS counterparts. SA brings zero to the table in BRICS outside of natural resources that they’ll allow outside entities to pillage and give them well below market value for. Djibouti has more strategic value to BRICS than SA. Hence why they built a naval base there.

China built the king of Eswantini an airport that cost more to run and very few flights go into or out of. The Chinese mostly use it to fly into and drive to SA. They don’t pay for fuel, storage or anything because they built the airport. That’s possibly millions of dollars that could serve citizens well and help fight things like HIV AIDS where girls 14-17 there make up 17% of all cases. That number jumps to almost 35% once they’re 18+. They’re selling out their own people for monetary gain and stature with the CCP.
Never said it was goodwill. I know the Chinese are cutthroat. But they aren't hostile bullies like the US. They don't mix politics and business. No - "do this or get slapped with a sanction". They are dealing with Africa on strictly business terms, for now. It's why they've gained trust amongst African govts. And despite what you said about their shoddy development projects, Africans by and large now see them as the foreign power adding the most value to their lives.
