Anyone can drown , especially in the ocean where the tide/current can out last ANY swimmers endurance
A bunch of surfers just drowned near San Fran and those are ppl who swim deep water everyday and they had floating boards
This was still water tho and breh still drowned
The fact he kept his head above water the whole time then panicked soon as his head started going under makes me think he couldn’t REALLY swim
He was one those swimmers who can probably race ppl in the pool but can’t chill out in 9 feet away from the edge

I didn’t learn to really swim until my late 20s. I always avoided going on boats and cruises, Just for the slim chance the boat would turn over and I’d be screwed. You think I would willingly jump in some unknown water for a bet?

I did that shyt once like a dumb ass. fukked around and bit off a small piece of my tongue cause I had just came from having a tooth extracted and my mouth was numb. I badly wanted to learn to swim and always heard you just got to jump in and do it and somebody bet $20 I could do it. Luckily I had put somebody in the pool and told them that if I slap em on the leg to pull me up.
