I thought about this 10 years ago. I was thinking people with disposable incomes and was like middle/high schools. I walked in and them folks treated me like I was R Kelly in heat. They made every excuse not to let me put anything in their school. Granted it was only one school in which I moved on.
The market is probably so niche, you need to buy a route from somebody. I'd assume you'd need to compensate the building owner considering you are soliciting and using their electricity at all times.
