It aint the food that do it silly rabbit, its the strain that digestion puts on the body upon just waking up . Also the reason why its reccomended not to eat before u sleep.

My metabolism is at an all-time high..... i eat pretty much eat every 2 hours when i'm awake.... i always have some form of food before i sleep, to minimize the time im in a catabolic state....... shake on the bedside table in case i wake up during the night and down that..... first thing when i get up... is two glasses of milk.... half and hour later..... breakfast time.....
Wrong. Replenishing your body first thing in the morning with the right nutrients = healthy.
