That's fine. It's the people who don't eat breakfast at all that will have trouble later in life. Breakfast truly is the most important meal of the day. Should always make time for a little breakfast. skipping breakfast can lead to many problems, especially from black folk who already suffer from high blood pressure at a higher rate than other races.
In addition, skipping breakfast makes you FAT.
Let me say this first...Black Genetics>>than White......so that advice you following really might not be for us....2nd...if we restrict our AM calories at an early enough age.....we won't have high blood pressure later....
Now these white boys in here will dismiss nutritional advice from a mentally sharp civil rights veteran that's been living almost a century, but you should know better.......She got off insulin over 15 years ago doing one change in her diet........and that's fasting to a degree....either she would do the big breakfast in the AM, skip lunch and have some collards and fruit in the PM, or do fruit for breakfast and have a solid dinner....she would kind of alternate this routine, and eventually her blood sugar regulated itself........
I love breakfast foods....and I aint knocking breakfast...but if I have a heavy breakfast right now,,,its gonna be my only real meal for the day......All those calories before getting your body acxlimated for the day is a no go,....especially when you older.....
But again,,,,If a big breakfast works for you, by all means...get after it....
