I dont where my family comes from black people are not indiginous only to africa. I dont know if i have slavery in my background. Family lineage dates back to the civil war on both sides and that guy from glory with glasses is a good representation of my family fighting for the union in those days. my grandad could tell u stories of killing nazis with hand me down equipment, even though his job title was a chef( black units were cannon fodder and one of the reasons we earned respect in this country. I'd love to go. I agree this culture is toxic af. And in this age of social media the dumbest people have the loudest voice.

But because I got a big southern family I'd hate to leave and not be able to see my cousins, uncles and aunts, and best friends that are more like brothers to me.
