On your mother and fathers side? Your mother and father had two sets of family. There is no trace of historical slavery in your family tree? Im 34. My Great Grandpa grew up on a plantation. He past away when I was 12. I have faces to historical oppression in my bloodline. Slavery was only 4 to 5 generations ago. I find it odd that you dont know if your ancestors went through slavery or not.
Your name is giving me a damn headache lol

Never looked too deep into it myself and i am the detail orientated one in the family. (Too be fair i was on probation when my dad died. Out of state my family didnt know where i was. hired a PI. Came up with fake addreses i never lived at. Those are my family detectives:stopitslime:. I was on probation living rent free with a 30 yr old. County had my address/phone number so did community service. But they couldnt find me 2004.

Now that u put it like this if should stop taking their word at face value and look it up myself. Didnt care when i was younger, now im older where did my family originate?

Also, some of us owned slaves. That could be my family legacy

Black people are not welcomed or safe anywhere on this planet even in Africa where it's constant conflicts. May as well sit your ass down and prepare to get shyt popping if trouble present it self.

Some families dont like to talk about the old days. The older generation ( Grand parents) know were the older ppl come from. My Great Grandfather never told me about planatation life. In fact the only reason I knew about it was my mother told me. But this was after he passed away.

Seen a pregnant lady being hit on at corner store today. 8 months covered in tatoos.

Dude behind me trying to flirt:hhh::hhh::hhh:
sounds like he was trying to smash some thick chick without condoms or fear of pregnancy for the next month or two :manny:

Same with ww2. all i knew my grand dad for was his pickup truck and the house he left to my auntie. All the stories originate with my mother

You would be wise to create an exit strategy. Black people's future in this country has been set in stone unless there is a massive transfer of wealth like reparations given to black people. Which, if we are being honest, is not likely to happen in our lifetime, but its not impossible.
