They really do... idk why they do it for that pay, could easily be a phlebotomist and make $16-18/hr and not have to solely wipe asses



I talked a CNA girl into working for a blood bank, she was like are you for real?!?

Yeah those woman and a few men sprinkled in need to unionize ASAP.

They hold way more power than they think, with call centers and other jobs like that syphoning young woman away people aren’t lining up to clean shyt.

Getting through the prereqs is a bytch though. I'm Haitian so when I started college my mom said do nursing do nursing, its only 2 years. The prereqs for the program is 2 years and those classes are a bytch. Then it's 2 years for the program, so technically its still 4 years. Nursing wasn't for me, I had to drop it. I studied and still could not get good grades in those classes. Before you bytches make jokes, I work in college admissions for CUNY making over $60k a year

I know RN's making closer to that higher end on the East Coast. With overtime and overnights of course.

Also, don't forget Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). My boy is making close to $200k at a Orthopedics surgery center out of a strip mall when all is said and done.

Or you could decide to go to PA school or do a DNP degree while you work as a nurse and make six figs And be able to land a job in any city

I'm an LPN and I know other Lpns that make 80k to 100k working crazy OT. (Agency / contract Lpns. My own average pay since covid has been abt 51 an hour. But i only work 2 days a week or 24 hrs)

I'll say the CNA's in my hospital probably make around 18-21 dollars an hour
But ya I'll say MSN should start around 100k. Most likely more with experience. 95k at bare minimum.
