I remember I cooked for one of my guy friends and he wouldn't stop texting me after that:mjlol:

Breh do what I do. I literally use Sunday afternoons to cook my meals for the week. Sunday is a rest day. You shouldn't be doing any work or working out. You should try it. The most it takes me is 3 hours.

I'm starting to get back into my Sunday cooking ritual. It's the shyt. So relaxing.

For you, the day your supervisor received lunch you bought was the most important day of your life.
But for him, it was Tuesday.
:what:I bought food for everyone and I specifically told him that so he wouldn't feel special because I knew I was dealing with a married man.

In my feelings about what exactly?

Eating cafeteria food doesn't mean the wife doesn't cook for him... He could have told her not to cook lunch because he may work through lunch or wouldn't have enough time for a sit down meal... Like I said, you don't know what goes on in their household...

His mother in law or maid or family chef could have cooked it... You are assigning all of these negative attributes to his wife (she's cooking out of jealousy) when it more than likely could be explained away as him requesting for her to cook again after he told her not to...

The fact that you think the wife is cooking out jealousy is why I know you are concerned...

You don't know what's going on in his house... Unless he has been telling you about the goings on in his marriage
Brehette, it aint that serious. Obviously you didn't get the tone off the op nor did you bother to read the whole thread so I'm not gonna sit here and argue with you.

What you wanna know? Gotta be specific. Ill tell you offhand though, most people issues with cooking

1. Lack of a good palate.
Be at someones house they all "Damn, this is good." Some goddamn Hamburger Helper:beli:Heavy salt and fats.
If you think shyt food tastes good, you will serve shyt food. Broaden your food knowledge, taste new shyt like
kumquats and rutabagas.

2. Lack of spice diversity/heavy salt reliance

:what:Anybody who has Lawry's or any variation of "allspice" or "seasoned salt" is someone I won't
eat food with. They likely serving me poorly conditioned food with a heaping of MSG, salt, and pepper.

Get fresh herbs and learn how they interact. Thyme. Rosemary. Ground mustard seed. Invest in Olive oil, coconut
oil, and grapeseed oil as opposed to butter(you can still use butter:comeon:) and switch up tastes.

I made a homemade tomato soup that tasted dope before seasoning it, and all I started with was a base of
carmelized onions (sauteed at home) in apple cider vinegar, spicy paprika, chives, and olive oil.
Uncultured fukks will be all:scust: but look at their waistlines and their skin. That tells you all
you need to know about their taste in foods.

3. Stop rushing your cooking

My family complains when it takes me 45 minutes to cook meals. They be choosing at the table though:sas2:
Takes me on average 10 minutes to make a single serving of scrambled eggs, and I cook them in a pot, stirring them
shyts the whole time. The best stuff takes time. This is important for meats. Rushing the cooking will risk you over cooking
some shyt, robbing you of savory flavors and taste, or undercooking it, sending your ass to the ER if your immune system
is trash. Learn what temps everything should hit and don't rush it. Have your girl all over you when you hit her with
Mahi Mahi that flakes when you stick your fork in:wow:

Edit: fukked my count up :mjcry:

The bolded is all facts. I am learning to cook with almost no salt. No hypertension over here. Turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, African spices, cayenne pepper are all piffery.

People don't realize when they cover their foods in a whole lotta shyt, they are never really tasting it. Once I cut salt for a bit, I knew what food actually tastes like.
Hell, I even enjoy oats with nothing more than butter or olive oil:yeshrug: Found out I enjoy the taste of oats, and when cooked right, the texture
of it, especially steal cut, makes my day go smooth.:wow: Salt is way too over used.
