At least guys like Bonds, Clemens, Sosa, etc. can say they never failed a test or got busted when the rules got more stringent. Even if they did do roids (which they did), that was a baseball oversight that shouldn't be held against them. In the case of A-Rod, Palmeiro and ESPECIALLY Manny, if you're getting caught or linked to these roid labs after these rules got put in place, you deserve what you're gonna get
