Insecure people who have a little bit of money...will save their money...to buy something that makes them look like they have money

I never once said Hermes stays afloat off of broke people. I'm saying broke people who are uncomfortable with themselves...save their money to buy expensive things, to deflect how they feel about themselves.

The whole purpose of my post was that being humble isn't about money...it's about being comfortable in your skin.

75k is amazing but it doesn't make you rich

Its not about how make you make. Its about how you spend it.

Personally, i make close to 85k and it feels like enough and i feel secure but until my debt is clear and i got racks in the bank i dont feel comfortable.

On top of that, i work for a big company so anything can happen

But it does feel great coming from where im from

Im modest and humble and a minimalist though and i got ptsd from the hood so im frugal as fukk

I want a new car but mine has 5 payments and i dont wanna owe any money to anyone

Honestly, my family had money growing up so that probably has a lot to do with it.

My social circle as well.

Also noone is ever satisfied with his or her compensation on Wall Street

The person that made $1 million is complaining that he should have made 2x

The $10 million guy thinks he's worth $40 million and so on and so on
