In the Silver Lining
I think those things are unneeded. Your body generally functions to keep you alive including removing waste. I find it hard to believe that people will claim years of build-up and then believe a few days or weeks of liquid diet is going to solve it.

Eat better and drink more water everyday and it will likely was a more long term and sustainable impact.

No I agree.... an overall healthy lifestyle is important ... but cleansing your body is important too ...... I"m not saying its a panacea, I'm saying it can maybe mitigate future issues...

I'll repeat again, the irony of this is that the food we are eating is unfortunately full of chemicals and material our body was NOT MEANT to deal with. You can say, well bodies can adapt..... but ain't no amount of adapting going to help you out when there are literally thousands of anthropogenic chemicals existing, and different ones being put out there all the time... throw in GMOs and all types of other fun stuff and you got a Carnival Line of shiit going at your body......

Facts and Figures
  • More than 7 million recognized chemicals are in existence, and approximately 80,000 of them are in common use worldwide (GAO 1994b).
  • A 1979 inventory of chemicals mandated by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) contained 62,000 chemicals that were reported by manufacturers as being in commercial use at that time. The inventory is up to 73,757 chemicals as of February 2001.
  • EPA and the FDA have no idea exactly how many chemicals are used in consumer products, nor what products they are used in.
  • An unknown number of new chemicals are not among this total. Only new organic chemicals - chemicals that contain carbon - are added to the list. New chemicals that are exempt from the official listing process include inorganics, pesticides, food additives, some large polymer molecules, and any chemical produced in low quantities.

I don't disagree but that's more trigonometry for a country that needs to understand algebra, myself included.

I'm going on the 28th... Been a few years too. I don't want no hand up my ass b :to:

would you rather colon cancer? and big ass tumors and being frailer than a somalian and not seeing you children grow up?

or would you rather a colonoscopy to make sure everything is ok and go through a little bit of pain

i know someone who died of colon cancer its not fun at all if only it was caught early

Get your water and fruit game up. That fiber is your friend. It needs lots of liquids to work like it's supposed to though. Before all the processed foods that's what we ate in the wild....unless you think evolution is a lie...:usure:

Switch to whole wheat bread. I'm not knocking coloscopies at all but nobody should have to go into them too worried. I used to have little pains. Included more fruits and water in my diet. No more brehs. No more. Not just fruits but beans too. Season them bad boys up. Eat them with some chicken or even fish...:wow:

This
Trying to have a quick fix to a problem you've had for years (bad foods) is logically ridiculous

A few months of water, fruits and such will fix it

It hurt :bryan:

Nothing is wrong with me :whew:, they say it's just anxiety pains and the blood was from some internal hemorrhoids :wtf:

Ignore the overwhelming majority of doctors and dieticians that state cleansing is pseudo-science and instead get your sources of information from hippie propoganda websites brehs

Ignore the fact that zero scientific evidence exists that shows GMO's are bad and still rally against them because bias source material claims they are bad brehs

Waste your time by doing cleanses that do nothing but make you lose a ton of water weight and shyt a lot brehs

:lolbron:I aint interested in a debate so don't bother seeking one

if they didn't put you to sleep you should have popped a molly before you went.
when they went up in you, scream out "i'm sweating!"
