I think those things are unneeded. Your body generally functions to keep you alive including removing waste. I find it hard to believe that people will claim years of build-up and then believe a few days or weeks of liquid diet is going to solve it.
Eat better and drink more water everyday and it will likely was a more long term and sustainable impact.
No I agree.... an overall healthy lifestyle is important ... but cleansing your body is important too ...... I"m not saying its a panacea, I'm saying it can maybe mitigate future issues...
I'll repeat again, the irony of this is that the food we are eating is unfortunately full of chemicals and material our body was NOT MEANT to deal with. You can say, well bodies can adapt..... but ain't no amount of adapting going to help you out when there are literally thousands of anthropogenic chemicals existing, and different ones being put out there all the time... throw in GMOs and all types of other fun stuff and you got a Carnival Line of shiit going at your body......

Facts and Figures
- More than 7 million recognized chemicals are in existence, and approximately 80,000 of them are in common use worldwide (GAO 1994b).
- A 1979 inventory of chemicals mandated by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) contained 62,000 chemicals that were reported by manufacturers as being in commercial use at that time. The inventory is up to 73,757 chemicals as of February 2001.
- EPA and the FDA have no idea exactly how many chemicals are used in consumer products, nor what products they are used in.
- An unknown number of new chemicals are not among this total. Only new organic chemicals - chemicals that contain carbon - are added to the list. New chemicals that are exempt from the official listing process include inorganics, pesticides, food additives, some large polymer molecules, and any chemical produced in low quantities.
