I use head and shoulders but my hair is different than yours. Luckily as a guy it's simpler. There's like 500 different shampoos for women. So many different options and most do the same thing basically.

That shyt didn't work at all for me, in fact it seemed to make it worse by making my hair even more dry; brushing my hair was like a snow storm, I'm not even exaggerating. Plus I don't like the smell of the shampoo, smelled sorta like medicine or something.

I don't use shampoo...To cleanse my scalp, I use apple cider vinegar occasionally or Aztec Indian Clay

I use the same. It cleans out your scalp from dandruff and it smells great. shyt smells like bubblegum to me. I've rocked with it for years.

Both men and women can use the same shampoo...now if they have different scalp issues (psoriasis, dry scalp, itchy scalp, dandruff) then maybe they need something specific to their needs

ACV washes are great, I also use a clay shampoo from Trader Joe's which is amazing!
