it makes sense in that we need more wings.
We lost in Miami not just because of their threes but because we had no wings so we were using Dante on LeBron, Derrick on LeBron, and Shved was overwhelmed from tip off. We had no answers because they're all hurt.
JJ for Wright I kinda like. Luke for Rip not as much because Rip is always hurt, but at least Rip's contract expires.

Wolves win at home vs. OKC on National TV 99-93. Good showing. We never let go of the lead. Good teams don't fold. We're on our way.
Wolves now 13-11.
The good:
Team D held up. Held them to 40% FG, 5-20 from 3, 16 TO. That's what we needed to do.
Love: 28, 11, 7 and 2 blocks. Complete game. UCLA Love was here for a night.
Shved: 12 points, 12 assists, and 7 rebounds. He was the catalyst for that lead early on.
Pekovic: 24 and 10. 6-0 now in games where Pek scores 20 or more. Well done.
Lastly, JJ: 18 points. He saved the game in the 4th. When Heroball works, it wins games. Good shyt, JJ.
The bad:
Luke: 1-4, 4 points. He was due for a bad game:
Rubio: 0 points, really not all the way back yet. Maybe the minutes limit is the right thing for now.
Dante didn't do shyt in 15 minutes, meanwhile Derrick plays 4.
Lastly, Sucks that Josh Howard tore his ACL and Lee's knee is messed up. Both are done for the year, Josh got waived. Sucks because in his short time here Josh filled in well. I mentioned Garrett Temple as someone we should sign. I think that's the way to go. Bring someone in that's hungry and wants that spot not just for now but for later as well.

I was at the game tonight and Rubio seems to be hesitant to really push the pace. Im sure it will be a long process back with some games like tonight and games like he had against the Mavs. He played good D while he was in there though which is needed since he's our best guard defender.
Everybody played real well. Never let the Thunder go on an extended run and kept the turnovers down. They looked like a complete team out there and it was nice to see them raise their level of play. Hopefully this leads to a run of wins and confidence back in K Loves game.

It'll take time. Him being back just boosts everyone else's spirits up. The guy that's really been surprising is Shved. If he wasn't ready for the NBA it would be so bad. His contributions have been major.
