I find amazing that the more money they made the MORE PTO they had. I’ve seen this at work (more years, more PTO) but no time limit is just wild to me.

ive had unlimited PTO in my last job..CEO used to be like...as long as you get the work done and have backups in place its all good

now i have PTO that always accumulates until i hit max..then i gotta take days off then it accumulates again,,,its a cycle...i have 5 weeks PTO and 3 hours way from hitting max again

HIGHER END SALARY POSITIONS ARE LIKE THAT. YOU CAN FIND SOME MID TIER GEMS WITH UNLIMITED PTO. IT'S USUALLY RESULTS DRIVEN POSITIONS WERE DEADLINES TRUMP EVERYTHING.
