I don’t know why the spreadsheet needs their income - simply having the column that asks how much they’re willing to spend for 3/7 day trips handles the budgeting, but everything else makes sense for planning

The ones with “no limit” either are business owner or are not in the working class meaning they don’t trade time for income.
A lot of companies, where people make that type of money, have unlimited PTO policies, it actually saves them money in the long run since you don’t accrue PTO that they’d need to pay out when you leave or get laid off

I have never inquired about what salary any of my homeboys make, especially in regards to kickin it. They might volunteer that info, but I aint gonna look at any of them like "he cant go on this trip":hhh:

This shyt screams real housewives/love & hip hop tactics females use
You’re looking at it the wrong way they probably have a certain limit they will spend and they friend can’t reach that cap I’m sure they let each other know. We do the same I told my boys I’m going to Japan and that they need xyz if they wanna come. Some hopped right on board others backed out because they didn’t have the funds. I’m sure they do same thing here

That’ll tell me more than just Slick bragging and having gullible Coli nikkas “schooling”the rest of about network/net worth

People need to be more open about their income, might motivate you to go get it.

my co-workers and i are open about our pay to make sure we're all getting equal pay to look out for each other.

never asked what my friends make. either they got the money to go where i'm goin or they don't. Who cares that much?

Yeah but it’s a technicality not a reality…anyone working at a company with an unlimited PTO policy knows it is not unlimited because your job still has to be done. If you take too many PTO days too frequently you will be fired.

Depends on the org. No, no one is taking 3 months worth of PTO - that’s just not how we even think in the US regarding time off - but plenty of companies are happy to let you take as much time (reasonable) as long as you get your job done. So yea, some places it’s for show because people rarely take time off, other companies like mine pretty much force you to take at least 2-3 weeks off.
