I find amazing that the more money they made the MORE PTO they had. I’ve seen this at work (more years, more PTO) but no time limit is just wild to me.

it’s very common in tech and startups. But also a bit of a jig. The ambiguity of it tends to make folks MORE conservative in the amount of time they take off.

discretionary time off. there's no cap on leave as long as you meet standards but it's funny because i'm sure they know it's not even the type of job where people want to take advantage of time off. everybody wants to help the clients, keep/advance in their jobs, and get bonuses. full of overachievers lol

i've probably not even booked a week worth of DTO this year.... i be taking my laptop to the beach
