Theyll report violations so you get fined and go into debt, mob up, the whole 9. Entire neighborhoods been bought up by groups forcing people out.

shyt aint a joke. I know people whove had it happen to them as well. Like in not talking outta turn here. Or making it up. I know people who had builders prey on their small home and put a mansion on it. Turned a small 300k property into 5 milly one. Builder reported violations to govt. Big fine. put into debt. People gotta sell to pay the fine. People swoop in with cash. Gotta take it.

Boom whole neighborhood turns. Govt gets higher taxes. Builder made a bundle. They in it together.

This is a real thing thats been happening for a long time to older / poorer people.

If he wasn't properly notified then this is not legal. The issue is going to come down to did he make it sufficiently known that the downstairs is a separate residence. Some people don't do the official way of making apartments separate, that's the only way they could have legally gave the papers to the people downstairs and it be a valid foreclosure.

the people downstairs who didn't let him know are fn dikkheads and he should sue them if he doesn't get his ish back.

Municipalities are horrible at this type of shyt.

I inherited my stepfathers crib, and apparently there was some "agreement" he made 12 years prior to it coming to my plate, and it was like $1100 unpaid that I had no idea about. They cut the water off. I had to deal with it, but to foreclose on the crib? That's some bullshyt. He should have a good case.

yeah, I wonder how it got so high. my water/sewer/garbage bill is billed bi-monthly and it's never over $50. so that's like $300 total per year.
