These are not homegrown NY gangs, so nikkas loyality is 50/50. especially when they are young and trying to fit in. A lot of street politics make nikkas switch over too. NY never took outta town street gangs as serious as others did outside of the blood movement and even they had too many problems over the 2 decades they been in Ny.
