know at least 3 older couples who got an avg of 2 mill each for their brownstone in bushwick and bed stuy. Mostly liquid.

This the only apartment complex in ENY right now that I have seen that has heavy gentrification signs. shyt be looking so out of place . But I don't know who lives there, could be Black people because that building is part of the NYC affordable housing program. Im gonna pass by there tomorrow
