These the white Liberals y'all love and brag about.:manny: Long as they vote blue it's all good:jawalrus:

they are stingy with the requirements they ask for people to rent their properties. Someone will be able to afford a $1600 rent but then they ask for them to make over 60K a year just to basically make less Black people be able to apply but brush it off with some ridiculous requirement

These same white liberals will turn around tomorrow and March over minimum wage and rising housing costs

Hispanics are moving to the South. Many get priced out of those cities and follow the trend. Many migrant workers move to rural areas of the south as well. Cities like Charlotte and Atlanta have seen explosive Hispanic growth. Whole swaths of southeastern cities that were once black, are now Hispanic. Black folks dominate the Deep South tho. And they will for the forseable future. But if you look at the 5 largest metros in the South(Miami, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte) 3 of those 5 have some off the highest Latino populations in the US. 3 of those 5 are certified “Latin” cities.

I heard it’s some illegal migrants popping up in black homes in Texas or around the border and randomly asking families if they can stay and offering them money

SMF and LAX to VA and NC
Yes I do. The issue with your argument is that it wasn’t reflecting on the percentages. The percentages of blacks in NYC were not falling at the levels you were claiming. Reason being is NYC still attracts black immigrants and some educated African Americans for college . Is the African American natives leaving at that level.

The percentage of black people in NY is declining as more black people are leaving NY than moving in. I wasn't false, black immigrants are still counted as "Black or African American" in the Census...

I never said NY wasn't still attracting black immigrants; in fact I pointed out how California is still attracting black people, as I know of several black easterners or southerners who relocated to Cali in the 2010s---->it's just more black people are still leaving Cali than moving in...

But the wisecracking on here was that nobody black was moving to Cali and that's false, and my point in general was shytting on black displacement in Cali was wack when the same thing that happened to Cali in the 80s, 90s, and 00s, is now occurring all across the northern cities and states at exponential rates...

This is actually true, Charlotte is up to 16% Latino now, down to 32% black. Raleigh is 26% black, 13% Latino now. Obviously black folk still moving here from all over but Latinos definitely moving in at a brisker pace and there are Ricans and Dominicans from the Northeast moving into NC too...

I live in Raleigh and this is most definitely happening here too...

It's not only Brooklyn, I remember visiting NYC (Harlem, Washington Heights) parts of DC near Howard University etc.. and was surprised to see armies of white people walking their dogs everywhere, completely at ease in their sorroundings.

This was in 2018. I imagine the gentrification has grown worse since then.

yep they are the ones that complained about street prostitution that been going on there for decades and within a month, theNYPost ran mad articles about what goes on in East NY and they had mad police coming through performing drug raids and ho raids

Sally and Billy been putting their money and connections up to try to change it around and act like they own Brooklyn now. Even East NY and Brownsville

It’s harder to even find places to rent now cause they asking for stricter requirements

The fact that you say this like it's a problem :francis:

Above the fray.
Dr. Claud Anderson told black folks to stop wasting time :yeshrug:

Black wealth in this country is well on track to hit zero.
I'm not convinced that people here actually care about wealth stats and disparities. Lot of lip service was paid to that and three or four other catchphrases over the last few years, but it was mostly hot air.

No, everybody was re deployed to getting trump out the wh. The political season distracts us from our own agenda everytime. Plus, covid.

It’s actually sad but, considering how it happened and how easily it could’ve been avoided… I’ll just leave with this:
