I dont believe in saggin in the "workplace" to begin with but it was funny to me.
Not only was in the rule that we repeated out of the 40+, but at the end of this list, the teacher told us get out our pens and write this down "NO SAGGIN PANTS"!
Just the whole hour how they really stressed that rule, out of the billion of other things.
Claim that they're trying to "change the image" that people have of truck drivers since their not good

hope you already have a halfway decent fitness routine cuz this shyt can be hell on your body. Try to eat right and buy yourself some weights and jumprope or else the weight is gonna come QUICK. I exercise 4-5 days out the week after im done driving and i eat mainly salads and subway.
