I've NEVER seen a touch screen interface that doesn't slow down to absolute shyt within 5 years. iPads, android phones, etc.

What makes anyone think cars will keep these things from incurring some OD lag times in 5-10 years?

I don't have a luxury car, but my new civic is all touch screen. It works pretty good.

I like the one's dodge /chrysler put into their cars... the interface on that new 300 I had with the heated seats...:ohlawd:

Barely use the touchscreen in my car. On the off chance that CarPlay isn't acting like complete and utter shyt I'll occasionally touch it.

Have a 2015 Dodge with touchscreen and it blacked out once until we restarted the car and it’s been fine ever since.
