Well, we're about to see what time it is in the NFL (as if we haven't been shown many times before) with Leftwich

Byron got fired for leading one of the worst offenses in the NFL but Mike Lafleur and Nathaniel Hackett led even worse offense and immediately got hired to new OC jobs. So let's see how long Leftwich takes to get another job. He has interviewed for the Ravens job
They were middle of the pack in yards and scoring. He was far from one of the worse offenses in the NFL.

I can't take that cac Klan Orlovskkky seriously. He already exposed himself with Justin Fields

He's kiling Byron's play calling after caping for Mike McDaniel just two days earlier saying play calling is hard

fukk him

Fields almost fukked up first few weeks this season and would have been benched.

Mike McDaniels been running a pretty damn good offense this year and the defense is improving.

Orlovsky's take has been proven right the first few weeks of this season....

I was just talking about him the other day. How many black offensive coordinators does the league have?
:mjpls:
It’s either three or zero. Most of the head coaching pipeline comes from OC and not DCs.
:patrice:
It sucks that the black head coaches can’t bring up black OCs. Maybe college has a few that can get minors up to the pros. We have to start somewhere.

There’s been a bunch of articles written this year on the lack of diversity related to OC in the NFL

Zero Black Offensive Coordinators last season. This season will also feature zero Black Offensive Coordinators. Mind you, 3 of the last 6 Super Bowls were won by a Black Offensive Coordinator and none of them got a Head Coaching Opportunity.

Another 'eyesore' for the NFL: Zero Black offensive coordinators hired this cycle | Opinion

Two hiring cycles, two shutouts.

That’s another scorecard reflecting how slanted the playing field appears to be for aspiring minority coaches in the NFL. The Thursday hiring of Doug Nussmeier as New Orleans Saints offensive coordinator made it 29-for-29 over the past two years for white men landing the NFL's open OC positions – which by the way is the most prominent stepping stone to becoming a head coach.

Hey, as anti-DEI forces intensify, let that sink in, NFL: 29 for 29!

You guys remember when we couldn’t be quarterbacks? Do you remember we couldn’t be centers? As recent as ten years ago, there were less than 5 centers. We aren’t smart enough to play those positions.

Are smart enough to be running back coaches? Are we smart enough to be receivers coach? Are we smart enough to me o line coach?

Are we smart enough to be a QB coach?

White people look out for themselves. We need to set ourselves up for success. Who gave Byron the chance to be a QB coach? Who promoted him to OC?

It’s sad but understandable that coaches look to self preservation. It’s easier to give a white person the QB coach spot. It’s easier to hire an OC with experience instead of promoting a QB coach. Who are these 32 white OC’s mentoring right now? If you had a guess of how many OC’s have black assistant OCs, and the over/under is 8, what are you choosing?

shyt is sad but race sticks to what’s comfortable/convenient/what they know.

Are you a c00n to want to become an assistant OC and work for Kilff Kinsberry? Are you a c00n to want to become mentored by a white man?

NFL fans (including black folks, people on here...I posted threads on this very topic) do not care
Current and former NFL players do not care smh

Mike Tomlin doesn't even have a coaching tree/pipeline of black coaches

The Steelers offense has been shyt for years. Tomlin went with the Nepobaby who misused Bijan/London/Pitts.
Leftwich should've been OC of the Steelers
