Well that’s the problem here, it seems pretty clear they had good reason to charge the guy cause usually these are just allegations which lead to investigations

They locked his ass up on sight once police got there and saw what was going on

In California if the police are called to investigate a domestic disturbance between and man and woman they removal the male automatically. Being arrested is not an automatic sign of guilt especially since the girl told them about the guns apparently and their is nothing being said about signs of abuse
