Fasting is remarkable. Its like the ultimate hack into our biology. It has no downsides. And all sorts of upsides.
Here are some of the benefits of fasting that I've discovered:
(1) Body fat is melting off my body like I'm Frosty the Snowman in the middle of summer.
(2) I don't get hungry anymore cause fasting suppresses the hunger hormone Ghrelin.
(3) I have more energy for great lifts at the gym.
(4) I can build muscle more effectively cause it boosts levels of growth hormone in the body.
(5) I can recover quicker from weight training cause it also boosts stem cell levels.
(6) I save money cause I eat less often.
I could keep going on when it comes to the benefits. And I honestly can't think of a single negative. Its the main reason why I keep saying this is a lifestyle to me and not just a fad diet. I will continue to fast for as long as I live. That's how much I love this new way I'm living.
