Few things,.bruh, the only thing I'm disputing is his claim that he put on 6 lbs of muscle during a 3 day fast. And I don't know what you mean about protein protective because once your body goes into ketosis your liver is gonna start using fat AND protein as a means to produce glucose.
I don't know about you but I'm trying keep muscle and going into gluconeogenesis for an additional 48 hours is a recipe to lose muscle and fat, not gain 6 lbs of the former
The body doesn’t produce fat, but creates ketones from fat through the liver.
Body can’t never make protein, it has to be consumed dietary
Gluconeogensis is a quick and easy processed which hardily has a negative impact on performance and growth
But yea, all things 6 pounds of lean muscle in 2 weeks isn’t likely and isn’t truth. Unless you can produce real evidence or someone else can. It’s always better to a skeptic
