The costs will be too much, it’s fools gold

Masai knows something we don’t and I don’t trust it
My understanding of the situation is that they just have a weird love for Precious Achiuwa. I don't get it, they're projecting breh to be a 6'8" Center and looking at his game he can't shoot worth a damn, pass worth a damn, he's not a rim protector, etc...

I think this is a fair trade all around.

The Raptors turn Lowry and Powell into two 1sts, two 2nds, Maxey, and get a flier on Kevin Knox. Knox is a failure for the Knicks, but at 21 y/o his blend of shooting, mobility, handling, and length make him the kind of guy Toronto turns into a good player in a couple years. The other guys are expiring contracts, their cap space is preserved.

The Knicks turn two seconds and Knox who has no future in NY into two good wings in Green and Korkmaz. The Knicks are 29th in 3PAs, these two would be huge for them making a playoff push, especially considering Danny's defense and experience, and Korkmaz's potential to be a longterm piece for them. They're all expirings protecting their cap space. I think they're big winners.

We roll out:
Lowry/Powell/Simmons/Harris/Embiid
Curry/Milton/Thybulle/Buyout PF/Dwight

This is a really stupid trade giving up way too much

I really disagree :yeshrug:
In terms of rotation players you're giving up Furkan and Danny Green, who is expiring anyway, and getting Kyle Lowry and Norman Powell
I don't think Maxey and 2 1sts is too much of an asking price to get these two guys. The rotation I posted is disgusting and can really win it all.

The Rockets owner is Petty Pendergrass all those moves the Rockets made this season was to spite us and Morey. Tucker, Harden, and Oladipo all traded to contenders in the East :martin:........ It ain’t stopping us though

So uh our only active center gonna be Dwight

BBall Paul will hold us down until Embiid gets back. I love Bradley's rebounding, but he crowds the paint and makes it harder for Simmons to score around the rim.

So the bench rotation will be Hill, Shake, Matisse, Korkmaz, and Dwight.

Yea I'm not mad at moving Bradley just saying unless we can get someone off the buyout market I don't like having no back up centers.

Were really vulnerable to foul trouble with just Biid and Dwight

Is Paul really a center?

He's 6 foot nine.

If Joel and Dwight get in foul trouble, we'll play Ben at the 5 with George or Shake running the point.

George Hill trade was a W, when Embiid is healthy Bradley has no room for minutes.
Disappointed about bigger targets like Lowry and Powell. On Lowry the Raptors really played themselves :francis:
Onto the buyout market! We need a backup PF, a wing could be interesting. Otto Porter Jr could potentially do both
