Ben doesn't seem to take direction well regardless. That's why him and Brett get along so well outside of the connection with his father. Brett doesn't require much of him & its clear Ben doesn't really take Brett seriously in that way so he can skate on by without the criticism...and this is coming from someone who likes Ben. Its too friendly between them...its been time to break that up. Ben has to tone that ego down & realize with all his talent he's still not a complete player yet, so some direction is needed, even if it is from your teammate who's just trying to force the best out of you. Whether you like Jimmy's approach or not

Brett Brown will be the sacrificial lamb & rightly so..but the entire front office will need a complete overhaul for any real change to be made.

Sixers' Josh Richardson says Brett Brown did not hold players accountable enough

Sixers' Josh Richardson says Brett Brown did not hold players accountable enough

"He’s a good guy. He's a good man. He means well. I just think, going forward, he's gotta have some more accountability," Richardson said Sunday. "I don't think there was much accountability this season, and I think that was part of our problem."

With examples of the lack of accountability numerous throughout the season — from Embiid's lethargy to Simmons ignoring Brown's demand for more threes — Richardson is merely giving voice to what people on the outside could see. It's about as close as any player would come to packing Brown's bags themselves, with most of Philadelphia's veterans opting to accept responsibility themselves and not weigh in on the future of the head coach.

Ben's ego is too big, I knew he wasn't gonna listen to anyone when he kind of treated T-Mac disrespectfully before he even made the league.

Choices for Head coach should be Adrian Griffin, Sam Cassell or Chauncey Billups. Griff and Sam I am have bothp ut in the work and are ready. Billups could definitely go from the booth to head coach. Mark Jackson, Doc rivers and Steve Kerr all did it.

One thing I'll weigh in to say as a guest in this 76ers room.
It's very disconnecting that Simmons hasn't improved at all since rookie season.
That's not a good sign at all as to whether he can be y'all franchise player to build around.
