This a great album.

That track with the ODB sample is great.

Busta made a major move to re-align hip hop.

Also this adds to his goat status. He most definitely is one of the goats. Why?
- transitions
- respect from real hip hoppers
- club bangers that are actually dope
- innovative with videos
- longevity
- big sales over 25 years into his career? And he drops an album like this?
I'm awe-struck.

- Two groups that were staples in their eras (even though, admittedly, never dropped real classics as groups) with LoNS and Flipmode
- Came up in the toughest era and made a mark/got respect.

I always say I get why he's not on people's lists and he's not in my top 10 (he's approx 15-20) but I would never argue against anybody claiming him as the GOAT.

No doubt. Well said.

I was a big fan of Busta up to Disaster Strikes. Never heard his other albums in full.

Now I'm re-visting Survival Hungry (Modern James brown)

Bresk your neck with Dre.

I overlooked Busta for years.

I'm confidently putting him in the place of Ice Cube in my list because Ice Cube bothered me lately but I still have love for him.

Busta is very underappreciated in rap. Very.

Dude is a complete artist. When Woo hah came out even my Dad liked it. Like wgat is this?

So different but so Hip Hop.

His content, love, passion.

I bet Eminem is listening to Busta's new album in shock and inspired.

I bet alot of big artists are inspired.

This work is an emcee challenging the game.

I have never seen a stronger comeback since Raekwon eith OBFCL2.

Busta is literally one of the best beat pickers in the game.

The way he chose beats influenced what I like.

He actually introduced dope beats to me as a fan.

Bangers! Not club joints ppl lie thinking their hype.

Busta makes great music period!

I'm very excited about this album.

And what a perfect year to drop it. Theres only 4 years left! Him saying that on the comming. Its like he's fullfilling his vision and empowered everybody in 2020!

The important thing is for Bus to keep the momentum going. I missed his presence the last 15 years.

This is a dope album, so make another one. Actually first get the Flipmode album done!

Love the album, Busta killed it. Beats are mostly banging and the guests did they thing. Didn't think Busta had it in him still, but he definitely delivered.

No disrespect, but why does the albumcover look so much like Kool Keith's 2018 album Dr. Octagon pt. 2, though?

Busta Rhymes explains how his oldest son played a pivotal role in encouraging him to embark on a life-changing fitness and health journey.

It's time to realize that Busta Rhymes is one of the best rappers of all time, and his recent ELE2: The Wrath Of God album only validates the assessment further. A project eleven years in the making, it's clear that its release has meant a great deal to the Flipmode lyricist. One that signaled a transitional phase for the veteran emcee, that saw him exploring new sonic territory and retaking control of his health, which happened to be spiraling in a negative trajectory.

Today, Bus-a-Bus took a moment to chop it up with Ebro Darden on Beats 1 Radio, opening up about some of his recent lifestyle changes, namely his impressive weight loss. As Busta explains, it was his oldest son that stepped forward to intervene, fearing that he'd be forced to see his father die prematurely as a result of poor health.

"I like to drink, I like to smoke weed, I like to smoke a cigarette, I like going out bro," admits Busta. "I like doing shyt that just wasn’t good for me bro. I had to stop. My album was done in January of last year when I was 340 pounds and my oldest son was too scared to tell me that he ain't like the way I was sounding when I fukking fell asleep after drinking and partying."

"My oldest son has a side conversation with my security and he's like, 'Yo, I think my father going to die and I don’t want that to happen on my watch,'" he continues. "Security gave me that talk for my son, it took me to a place, Ebro. It took me to such a bad place, Ebro, that all that celebrating from the night before, that shyt was out the fukking window. And the results and the journey has been a beautiful, painful sometimes, but it was worth all of that pain and ass busting and muscle aches and pinched nerves and just all of the different things."

It's a welcome dose of honesty from Busta, who once gave Micheal Myers the business with some Def Jam Fight For NY-esque martial prowess. Show some love to the Dungeon Dragon, who aside from putting in work on the fitness tip, has been steadily seeking a worthy opponent in the Verzuz arena. His dream challenges? Eminem, Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z -- do you think he could take any of them?
