Harmony House for me. Also had a spot that sold used CDs so would hit that up as well.

I did 2 years at tower after leaving the wall. Working until midnight with weirdos jerking off on the mag area

I remember being hyped for new music day. Getting in the whip with my friends and heading to the music store after school. If something too I’ll was on deck we’d cut early just to cop sooner then vibe out on our way to McDonalds to ride out the rest of the afternoon :wow:

Am I the only one who brought most of my music from the bootleg man for 5 bucks? Maybe that's just an NYC thing, sometimes they'd have 2 for 5 deals :krs:

Paying 20 bucks for a CD :scust:

Nostalgic experience. Buying CD's in the late 90's/2000's era was such a intimate experience. It was A LOT easier to sell records back then....people would just buy the CD off the strength of singles and hits coming from the album.

As soon as Limewire/Napster/Bearshare came through in the early 2000's...that's where all hell brook loose.

RIP Blockbuster another haven for the latest rentals

GRODT was probably the last time I was excited about a physical CD release
