Yep first of all there's Millions of Africans born at home without birth certificates. Then if you counted everyone that would be considered Black by ADOS standards there's almost defenitely more Black People walking around now.

In Brazil and the Dominican Republic a lot of people that are considered Black by ADOS standards play the Me no Black papi game. There's tons of Haitians all over Latin America too.
