Yes there's no excuse for this. Nigeria is rich but the people are poor. I mean the theft doesn't make sense you steal all that oil send that money abroad and either you get killed in a coup by fed up people or you get arrested. When Sani Abacha died dude was sitting on a couple of billion, The Nigerian government asked Switerland for the money and they said they couldn't find it.
Same thing with Dos Santos in Angola, the daughter Isabel did lose a decent chunk of change but again very little of that money has been returned to Angola.

Basically the issue is white people are extremely violent. Again before 1440 they were constantly at war with one another sorta like how Africa is now. The only difference between white people and everyone else is they form like Voltron to fight against anyone else. During the scramble for Africa the europeans didn't fight each other they made deals, It wasn't till they conquered the whole world did the european powers get mad at their cuts and went to war over it (World war 1).they're definitely supreme if they can suppress a whole damn continent
