I can't believe people are actually blaming B Scott for this

Lakers wouldn't have been shyt this year regardless of who coached but the problem was it seemed like a total year of stagnation for the young players which is the real problem. He constantly shyt on the young players for no reason. There was hardly any semblance of an offense. Defense was atrocious. This should have been a year of young players getting experience learning on offense and defense and while losing at least gaining that experience. On the outside looking in and also according to some insiders there was no communication with most of the young players and their bad habits weren't being corrected.

B Scott is stuck in a time warp with his archaic offensive and defensive schemes along with his terrible coaching staff aka yes men. I wanted B Scott to succeed here but he's been terrible and his ego won't allow him to adjust with the times. He's been a great tank commander though
