According to the news none of those oooohhhhing clowns called the cops after this. He's charged with 2 counts of assault in the second degree (NY Penal Law 120.05(1), if you have the intent to cause serious physical injury to someone and actually cause serious physical to that person or another person), one assault in the 3rd (intentionally or recklessly causes injury to another person, or if he is criminally negligent with a weapon) and one count of harassment.
