I got a homegirl right now in the same situation. She got a kid by home boy and he don't pay child support. But he's always giving her money and shyt to keep her quite. She said as soon as this nikka act up, his bank account is getting ran through.

But my point is good girl or not, precautions or not, you know what ur getting into when u consent to lay down with someone. There is always a possibility. Um, no. That is just wrong. The courts will mandate that you pay child support. You can be active all day long, but you still have to provide a means of food clothing and shelter to the child. That's where C/S comes into play. Just because you pick his ass up from you BM, don't mean the courts will not grant your BM child support. The child is ENTITLED to child support, there's no grey line in between. If she is the prime custodial parent, she will receive child support.
Do you have a court ordered cs order?
Call the family Court where you live or go down there. Explain you live here in state x and want to have your cs custody visitation reviewed. Ask them if you need to do it through your former state or not.
