As true as this is you also need to understand the law and protect yourself. He was the aggressor and squared up first so if they filmed a one on one fight there would be no problem. Brehs need to learn how to avoid charges. Once he's down and you kick him in the head that's a charge. Pick up the mailbox and hit him with it while he isn't fighting back that's assault with a deadly weapon.
