I phrased it wrong. Slavery affected black people in Jamaica for the most part the same as other groups of black people throughout the diaspora. There were unique methods of torture that had adverse effects of Jamaica. That are in turn unique to Jamaica.

I don't listen to Dancehall past the Yellowman Era so I ain't familar with dude's catelogue...but I think the original line came from that song he had "Colouring Book" or some shyt. I typed in Vybez Kartel Cake Soap and saw that he made a whole song out of it, so...yeah. Nah, this is something he's known for promoting.
