when I got fully vaccinated, their was no other option to get my 2nd dose any where else, both by UC Davis, so why wouldnt your 2nd dose also have a walmart label
2nd, keep in mind i own a promotion company. In san francisco. The first city to mandate vaccine proof for entry into nightclubs and bars. Also a city thats over 70% full vaccinated. Also the bay area has many walmarts.
i say that to say this, ive never seen a walmart sticker/label on a vaccine card
the only stickers on your vaccine card should be the lot # and exp date. Never seen a label ever. From any company.
maybe in bumblefukk alabama where you live walmart adds stickers/labels to their cards, but ive never seen it

For the second dose, they actually wrote out the information instead.

I have no problem showing my vaccination card if you make a ban bet out of it. Me showing you my vaccination card benefits you more than it benefits me since I’ve rarely even spoken to you on this site.

The nurse put the sticker on my card before the shot with the lot number the vaccine came from and another sticker with the Walmart store number. The second shot, she wrote the information instead.
