"Hood" and California is a whole different can of worms that I won't open in this thread. I will state that you should be able to find a bad bytch anywhere. Amber Rose was from the hood (not saying she's the best looking bytch in the world or nun).

However, I assume if you wanted the largest talent pool of good looking women (most of which aren't from Cali) you would need to venture into a tourist trap.
