All those positives is exactly why im trying to zero in on Cali.
Bay Area im not feeling the weather stats.
Question about San Diego though, hows the black population/diversity out there? Id picture it overrun with mexicans.
Plus I heard its a fail for bachelors in SD
I'm a young black man from New York looking for a place to move to away from this madness.
But I need some insight on living in Cali (LA, San Diego, etc)
I never been out there so educate a breh on how y'all live out there. Insight on any aspect of lifestyle out there is helpful.
U ever consider moving to the Chi tho?

I'm not tryna live near pretentious cacs. I'm tryna be near black people with Hispanic mixed in, I don't mind hipsters. But I'm also not tryna be in no gang neighborhoods

Think of beach cities or close to it with working people like Venice, El Segundo, Dana Point, San Pedro, Oxnard, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encenitas, etc.
It's easy to become disillusioned with Cali if you don't visit the beach frequently and don't eat the real Mexican food where they live.

Culver city breh.. Or Gardena or Hawthrone.. Those city fit wat you looking for perfectly.. Or the inglewood area closest to the 405.. shyts a good look over there.. Or The ladera area

not too far from tha water (hermosa beach)
it's at the end of the 110 freeway, so it can take you directly through Los Angeles to downtown
Hollywood is not too far, about 25 min drive without traffic
