4 the record i fux with cali, but some of ya'll nikkaz got this weird obsession with everything ny related, every1 says ny is irrelevant, but i sure as shyt couldn't tell by the way some of u left coast nikkaz be on some ny is this ...or ny that. then when some1 from ny speaks on that we're the ones that are mad or agitated, its simple observation. if u asked the average new yorker was there ever a beef with cali, 9 outta 10 nikkaz woulda been like nah, they'd prolly give u a wtf look. but some of these cali nikkaz feel as if the media propagated war between east n west was the highlight of their life, its all they ever cling onto.................ya cali nikkaz treat new yorkers like ya'll negligent parents, and still lash out over harbored feelings from over 20 years ago..........this parent/child relationship is str8 see thru, the only time ya nikkaz seek validation is thru us, as far as rap/hip hop is concerned anyway.............take our dikks out ya mouth and wipe the tears off ya face 4 a second.

Right, cuz a dude who was in the middle of the old beef trying too make himself relevant speaks for a coast :aicmon:

And don't bring up the ever west coast trolling megatronbomb, lastly, its no different than old head ass NYC dudes hyping joey badass or being angry about the sound of NY and NY not being the inspiration and leader of this rap shyt. As for the south, half your artists are the reason why rap has dumbed down, then you got transcendent nikkas afraid to perform - dre 3000 - after doing it for 10+ years, and goodie mob coming back talking that same old these rappers aren't like us shyt....all the old heads are nostalgic/aggy
Those dudes are no more a representation of the east than Megatron is a representation of the west

Yall do stay on some 'rememba back in the days' shyt though. West Cauwst nikkas Still Gangbangin like its 92 :pachaha:

This lil geek running his mouth about LA, feels he's tha authority cuz he lives there in downtown "ground zero" :rudy:

bring that ass south of wilshire to tha Crenshaw district and woof that "real nikka" shyt you yappin online

you at ground zero for cacs in LA, at your office job filing papers, knock that shyt off already!

Yea unless you are around off San Pedro towards skid row it's not like it used to be. They've done a good job cleaning up Downtown from what it was 10-15 years ago. As someone who is in Downtown LA almost every day.

It's true they do :manny:

These California dudes act like New York is super irrelevant in the rap game, when the only people popping in Cali is Kendrick and his camp, Tyga and those hipsters Odd Future. NY isnt strung on this old ass beef like Cali nikkas. Are y'all gonna act like Jay didn't release the album of the Summer, Nas didn't release a modern classic last year, Prodigy didn't release one of the best albums, Wu isn't putting out several albums and Fabolous ain't making noise?

Our NY vets are still eating, while in Cali Dre is still on Detox, the Game is doing reality TV, and Snoop is a Rastafarian. :dead:

Y'all gonna act like French Montana isn't a bonafide hit maker, A$AP Rocky didn't release a classic mixtape and a solid debut, Nicki Minaj isn't one of the most popular artists and the best female rapper, A$AP Ferg didn't release one of the hottest songs of the Summer with "Work", and Joey BADA$$/Action Bronson aren't two of the most talented dudes on the rise?

Then y'all wanna say our city had been invaded by cacs, gays and hipsters. You guys gonna act like San Franciso ain't one of the gayest cities in the US and California wasn't one of the first states to legalize gay marriage? Y'all gonna act like LA isn't gentrifying as well? Y'all some homophobes by the way. LA nor NY is hard, our crime rates are under the national average.

New York has been hit by gentrification but it's nowhere near as bad as you guys make it seem. NY and LA are different, it's not the 90s or 80s anymore. In '93 Times Square was full of stick up kids, crack heads in Bryant Park, Porn movie theaters, etc. today it is one of the hottest tourist destinations, Disneyfied, LED lights, clean the sidewalks glitter

BTW Cali brehs, y'all gonna act like New York hasn't produced the most GOAT level rappers and the most classic albums since the creation of hip hop? :mjpls:

I live in Cali and I like it here. Good weather, good amount of pro sports teams, weed, females, etc

Maybe I'm just easy to please, if so :manny:

I've BEEN shytting on NY because its no longer the same. The REAL NYC is gone. You can HAVE the spoils of that hipster shyt. I rep OLD New York....the city that was interesting and had character enough to get an entire stretch of a 2000 mile coast aggie while you cornballs are claiming victories over something that is long gone.

I rep THIS

Meanwhile....you're claiming victories over what's Franklin Ave NOW

Again...my long winded ass is telling your corny ass CONGRATS

CHaracter? as in the piss filed streets? he crack epidemic? The rude ass people?

NY rap reflects the immediate environment today. the NYC you love is far past gone ans the likes of K-Dot want to be king of the east AND the west at same time. shyt is globalized now. The "real" NY folks are in the south now cause that is the last place where you can attain a proper middle class life.

You don't live in NYC, you don't know what you're talking about. The whole rude people thing is/was a stupid stereotype, the streets were never filled with piss, damn shyt was bad but not to the point where you would see puddles of piss in the streets :damn:

The hoods stay black and Hispanic, are people moving down South yes, are the demographics of NYC that much different no.

Its funny cuz you always hear these west coast fakkits on here whining about "the ol days" :to:

When in reality NY dont even think much of the beef btwn the two coasts. Not for anything, Pac is ALOT of NY nikkas favorite rapper. Shiit even Bad Boy artists have on camera said Pac was there number one. French Montana, Mase, etc.

But let these old bitter and weary crybabies call it, ya would think that NY actually gives two shyts about a beef that we have long forgotten about.

You kno its a problem when you got old ass nikkas like Daz having "ol remember the tiiiiiiimes" ass moments on twitter :mjpls:

THANKu and all cali nikkas aint like that. The real and smart nikkas know that shyt was some bullshyt and at the end of the day we lost two legends and slowed nikkas money down for a minute.

Being from the bay pac always gone be yo favorite but we Alwats fukkd with the east from badboy to rocafella, ruff ryders, g unit and dip set shyt it was a point to where we slapd that shyt more then are own and I didnt even know all the bay rappers as a kid cuz we was slappin the east coast. It got to another point to where in like 2005 a infamous hood in san francisco called Fillmoe was devided into uptown & downtown. Uptown start callin it harlem (cuz fillmoe use to be called the harlem of the west in the jazz days) and then downtown start callin it Brooklyn so that right there show u the influence.

PROOF RIGHT HERE
OF THE STREETS
NOT INDUSTRY/RAP nikkaS COPYING A FAD TRYNA SALE NY RECORDS

and this aint no soft ass hood. The nikka nas got strippd for his qb chain and had to call JT to get it back, dj quik got stripd and even the 80s rappers got stripd over there if they wasnt lockd in with nobody. Jim jones use to be in hunters point fukkin with nikkas. So that show u nikkas really must respected or felt ny movement to call it parts of ny.
