this. outside of the major cities and their closest suburbs it's all hick towns built around agriculture. this is just the mentality of people who have never been out the city.
it probably is one of the least racist states still, but i mean there's not a whole lot of competition since many states are filled with like 80% cacs or used to be in the confederacy.
Hard to be racist towards black people when a bunch of them are retreating to stay away from terrorist Mexicans.

Central Valley is full of Mexicans who really don't hate black people like you think. I've lived here all my life and know this area pretty well and know the diversity. I'm just trying to say there's a lot of good people out here who aren't racist. The racist are mostly confined in Clovis. You painted a broad stroke saying it was a racist area. The only reason I emphasized the Mexicans is because they're the majority out here. I know wiki says damn near 50 50 white to mexican but they don't count the illegals.Didn't mention Mexicans tho...
