Rofl as a native Californian this is complete bullshyt. CA's laws are among the most anti-black in the country. Gang injunctions, 3 strikes, etc. all originated in California and unlike the majority of the rest of the country our population is too small to fight back against any of it. That's without going into the repealing of Affirmative Action, the long KKK history of the state (everywhere from Orange County to Oakland), the ridiculously substandard schools and affordable housing throughout the urban centers in the state... fukk you mean this the least racist state Take a trip anywhere north of Sacramento and see if you still think there's less rednecks here.

I just got back from San Diego, took a 6 day vacation.

Where are the black people breh?
I was at Point Loma and a breh ran up to me and said "Another black man San Diego!? Thank God! "




I saw every ethnicity, heard every language being spoken, saw every shade of skin.... except black.


I don't go to west coast often so i'm ignorant... but why does San Diego seem to have less black people than South Dakota
