cod used to pull youtube numbers from mw2-black ops2, now it’s struggling and it’s content creators all ditched it. and i don’t think it’s because of the money, i think they just don’t genuinely enjoy playing it anymore. even the COD pros have been getting shyt for playing more fortnite than practicing scrims

I see these same claims every new COD. They haven't made a COD for "gamers" in years because they saw the money was in the casual console players. The same Youtubers and hardcore gamers swear they aren't messing with COD but they all end up playing. Doesn't matter if it's for very long, they all almost play at some point.

And you can't tell me that Fortnite and PUBG players aren't going to try COD's battle royale mode.

I haven't bought a Call of Duty in years.

Between how they tried to make black ops 3 like titanfall and destiny in its multiplayer, a campaign that was so confusing you had to go online to read an explanation and didn’t tie to the previous two in any way, all the server issues for WW2 that had matches regularly starting without full teams, and now just trying to copy fortnight and pubg, it’s hard to imagine them getting their shyt together
