Nah honestly he deserves alot of blame for his defense, he can't guard anybody. He's also piled up alot of points in the 4th the past 2 games when the Mavs are trailing and GSW is in prevent D. He needs to be scoring those points in the 3rd quarter, the outcome of both games might be different if he did.

His defense is poor because his usage rate is too high

Man, series ain’t been boring. Mavs was working these nikkas two nights ago, took a special run to pull that out and tonight was a decently close game, Mavs defense just wasn’t on.

Lol @ that being the difference, Wiggs has been great but the Suns basically didn't have a point guard after game 2 and basically only one shot creater in Book who got doubled.

Yep the difference is that the warriors have multiple players they can run the offense through and who can bring the ball up. Teams can target curry but it doesn't matter because Green is the defacto PG.

Folks like to bring up the 2016 series vs the cavs but fail to realize that not only did Lebron target Curry he also ran two man games on curry (on the defensive end) to pound him (some times even picking up offensive fouls just to punish curry), he would purposely run into curry or set a screen on curry to physically beat him up. Then on defense Lebron morphed into a free safety, elite defender and shot blocker. Guarding warrior players, blowing up their offense, blocking warrior players shots and intimidating them discouraging them from driving down the lane.

So Luka can hunt curry all he wants. But unless he is going to get physical with him as well and morph into some type of defensive stopper, the Mavs had no chance in this series even winning two games.

The warriors are literally picking at him every time down the court especially the second half.

This is actually false, they could afford him because they had his bird rights, he just decided to leave because GS didn't really want him there, and the fans were constantly on his neck every single game. Wanted to carve out his own legacy outside of GS, it just didn't work out tho.

This is true but the boy has never played defense even when he first entered the league. Which is a reason he never guards his man. He is always guarding the weakest offensive player on the court (positions 1,2,3 or 4). We all seen this with Nash and Dirk on the defensive end....same shyt different day.
