This like saying lebron should give the ball to boobie gibson and sasha pavlovic more. The bottom line is he needs more talent around him. He wont "burn out" with another dominant player, or two. Did people forget talent is king in the NBA? Only stacked teams win it all.

No, it's like saying if one player is forced to do everything, it'll inevitably come crashing down because it's the only place the water is coming from. Of course, the Mavs need more talent, but more talent isn't going to mean Luka will change his style of play. Look at Westbrook and the talent he's played with throughout his career and yet he's still handicapped his teams because of how much he dominates the ball.

That's why it pays to build good habits early in one's career, otherwise, you end up like Westbrook and Harden and can't change your ways no matter how much talent you're surrounded by.
